Boarding Camp Counselor

As a Boarding Camp Counselor you are involved with all of the day-to-day activities that happen at our facility. You are key to each pet’s stay making sure everything that they need is happening and ensuring our doggie guests have a great vacation while their owners are away. As the primary contact person with our canine guests, you are responsible for: 

• ​​Making sure every guest is comfortable, happy and receiving all of the services that an owner requests. 

• Maintaining the daily duties and in a timely manner. 

• Closely monitoring the health and wellness of every guest. 

• Communicating clearly with our leadership team. 

• Feeding and keeping detailed records of our guests entire stay. 

• Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in all areas of our facility, play yards and outdoor dog patios. 

• Exercising guests. 

• Bathing guests

• Making sure every guest goes home clean, happy and we exceeded the expectation. 

Lead Boarding Camp Counselor

As a Lead Boarding Camp Counselor you are involved with all of the day-to-day activities that happen at our facility. You are key to each pet’s stay making sure everything that they need is happening and ensuring our doggie guests have a great vacation while their owners are away. Not only will you do the job of a Camp Counselor (when needed) you will also be responsible for: 

• ​Leading the Counselors team

• Be the liaison between the bunk house(where dogs stay) and the Lodge (front office)

• Be the 'eyes and ears' of what is going on with each guest

• Assist the front office with running dogs as needed for boarding or day camp drop off/departure

• Checking guests in and out

• Operating our computer system
