Can I bring a bed for my pet?

We do not allow pet beds. We provide raised cots for their use.

Can I bring toys for my pet?

Yes you can! You can bring hard toys (think Nyla bones) and rubber toys (think Kongs). No plushies, pig ears, rope toys or anything that requires supervision is allowed.

Can I bring a blanket for my pet?

Absolutely! You can bring a blanket, towel, t-shirt…something to bring them a little extra comfort while away.

Do they sleep on the floor?

Only by choice. A raised cot is provided in every cabin.

Will I be charged a fee or penalty if I pick up earlier than my scheduled departure date?

No you will not. Please call us early to let us know that you are picking up early so that we can get your pet ready.

Can my dog play with other dogs while they are boarding?

If your dog has passed our temperament test and is social, yes they can.

Can you administer my pets medication?

Yes we can for an additional charge. However, we do not administer injections.

What do you do if my pet gets sick or injured?

If your pet gets sick or injured, depending on the severity, we will monitor the situation. However, if it becomes severe we will contact you and/or your vet.

Do I need to bring my pets food?

It is recommended that you bring your pet’s food to prevent dietary distress. However, we do have house food available for an additional charge. Our dry food for dogs is All Life Stages (ALS) Victor and Ocean Life (for sensitive stomach), and our wet food is IAMS chicken & rice. For cats we have dry IAMS and wet Friskies.

How do I make a reservation?

Will my dogs stay together?

Yes, family dogs will stay together unless otherwise requested.

Do I need to bring bowls?

No you do not. We provide stainless steel bowls for both food and water.

Will my dogs come into contact with other dogs during their stay?

Unless your dogs are social and you have elected for them to have social play during their stay, they will not come into contact with other dogs.

Do I need to make an appointment for doggie day camp?

No you do not. Day camp is Monday - Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm. You can drop off or pick up at any time between those hours.

Can I come in for a tour?

Absolutely! We’d love to meet you! You can come in for a tour Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm without a reservation.
